Under Hoss’s direct leadership in 2014, a $95 Million operation ranking #87 nationwide became #1 in profitability in just 6 months. Also, in 2016 Hoss transformed a $45 Million project ranking the least efficient and worst profitable location to the MOST profitable of the company’s all-time in just 4 months. These transformations were just the beginning.
